Kinahanglan ba nga mabakunahan ang mga iro?

Many people wonder: do dogs need vaccinations? The unequivocal answer to this question is “yes”. Vaccinations will protect your pet from viral infections that spread very quickly in the modern world.  Even if the dog does not leave the house, you can become a carrier of the infection. The most common infectious diseases include rabies, parvovirus and coronavirus enteritis, plague, parainfluenza, viral hepatitis, leptospirosis and others.

Three reasons to vaccinate your dog

  1. Vaccinations prevent you and your pet from contracting deadly diseases such as rabies.
  2. Vaccination, protecting the dog from viruses, prolongs her life and maintains health.
  3. Vaccination is especially necessary if you have children or if you plan to breed dogs.

Mga lagda sa pagbakuna sa iro

  • The pet must be absolutely healthy – in this case, the risk of complications is minimal.
  • 10 days before vaccination, deworming is carried out, as helminths secrete toxins that weaken the immune system and make the vaccine ineffective.
  • If helminths are found in the feces, the drug is given again after 10 days, and after another 7-10 days, a vaccination is given.
  • Before vaccination, it is necessary to get rid of external parasites (mites, fleas).
  • Before vaccination, the dog is not bathed, not subjected to physical exertion and stress.
