Fontinalis hypnoides

It is a closely related species in relation to the Spring moss, but unlike it forms softer clusters. The branching stems are graceful and rather fragile. The leaflets are narrow, thin, longitudinally folded and curved. Growing, it turns into a compact bush, which will become a reliable shelter for fish fry.

Grows exclusively on any rough surface. Cannot be placed on the ground. Hypnoid fontinalis can be fixed on a stone or snag with a fishing line, or you can use special glue for plants. Relatively easy to grow. Not picky about the hydrochemical composition of water and the degree of illumination. Although allowable temperatures reach 26 degrees, for normal growth it is recommended to use in cold-blooded aquariums.
